We are hiring a Business Valuation Officer to continue to develop and grow our commercial/business lending department. We are looking for an experienced Business Valuation Officer to help with developing our products and services, as we continue to execute our entry in the business lending marketplace. This is a true start-up opportunity, backed by an experienced Executive Leadership Team. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in preparing and presenting the results of our business valuate in a clear and concise mannerï¼›

  •  Reviewing and valuating thoroughly client provided informationï¼›

  • Gathering and managing data pertinent to the engagement, valuating and inputting the data into business models, and communicating the status of data with other members of the departmentï¼›

  • Performing in depth economic and industry research on a wide array of different industriesï¼›

  • Creating reports of findings, tables, charts and communicate with other business valuation personnel regarding complex issuesï¼›

  • Creating cash flow forecasts and valuate financial condition and profitability of businessï¼›

  • Interacting with management and present relevant business information effectively

Requirements:

  • Typically between 5+ years of relevant business valuation experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Collaboration & team skills - In-depth

  • Data driven decision making - In-depth

  • Influence skills - In-depth

  • Understands and can explain to others the core processes involved in their area of support

Salary: $40.00 hourly
